The E3860F fryer is ideal for kitchens with a high demand for fried food. It has a large 40 litre single tank with two baskets that can produce a combined output of 48kg of chips per hour, thanks to the fast heat up and recovery times. Inbuilt filtration makes it easy to clean the oil, offering the benefits of increased oil longevity (and therefore saving money), maintaining oil integrity, therefore ensuring high quality of food. The filtration can even be done while the oil is still warm, meaning it can be done during service, not just at the end of shift.

The fryer has a temperature range of 130 - 190°C, making it ideal for a wide range of fried foods and has a fast-acting safety thermostat which automatically switches the appliance off if the oil gets too hot.

To help prolong the oil, a lid is supplied as standard, with side screens available as an optional extra.
